Diplotaxis tenuifolia
Suited both to single-product packs and to mixed blends, rocket stands out from all other baby leaves for its peppery, bold flavour. It has a leathery texture, a deep green colour and a thin, slender, finely serrated leaf with an upright habit and tall stem.
