Lamb's lettuce has its historical roots in France but has, over time, won over the whole of Europe. Harvested in rosettes that are delicate in both texture and flavour, it works well both as a single product and in blends. Lively in shape and colour, it is a side that suits both culinary flourishes and simple dishes. A compact, elegant rosette plant, with rounded leaves of a very bright dark green.
