What technologies has PontiNatura Società Cooperativa Agricola applied in its production?
The technologies employed by PontiNatura Società Cooperativa Agricola range from the multi-tunnel structure used for cultivation, to the ventilation system fitted with a ‘gull-wing’ opening mechanism automatically operated by constant control of the following parameters: internal and external temperature, humidity, wind speed and rain, as well as the irrigation system composed of automated bars and the exclusive use of well water. We have an automated washing line for the valerian. Rapid cooling system for products just harvested or washed (VACUUM COOLER), and cell for storing the product at 2-4º. |
